Texas native Bryson Webber signed on the dotted line for the Nebraska Cornhuskers even after Tony White’s departure. Webber is a naturally intuitive player who always seems to be in the right place at the right time to make a play.
As a defensive back, this intangible often differentiates the good from the great.
Webber is 6-2 (175lbs), which is an ideal size for a DB as he will need to be able to handle the large wide receivers, step into the box, and stop a player in his tracks. The larger Texas schools didn’t court Webber, but with the amount of talent in the state there is more than enough to go around.
Webber is the 62nd-ranked player in Texas and 419th nationally according to 247.
